More about the designer

Loulou João is a visual storyteller with a love for bold colours, gentle oddities and layered characters. Inspired by her Congolese roots, she sees Blackness as a dynamic force that shapes her creative process. A dreamer by nature, she often ventures into colourful inner worlds where personal experiences intertwine with collective memory. Her work moves effortlessly between playfulness, emotional honesty and visual delight.
