Immerse yourself in a unique experience where movement, sound and empathy come together! Self-As-Other-Trainings invite you to reconnect with the world and the people around you through your own body.
Take part in a series of immersive, choreographed sessions featuring simple movements, inspiring audio and gentle guidance. You will perform physical acts of empathy and experience first-hand what it feels like to put yourself in someone else’s shoes. By moving together and taking the time to reflect on what you feel, you will challenge deeply ingrained patterns and blur the boundaries between “us” and “them”.
The theme of this session is Household, shedding light on the daily routines of domestic workers.
