A Place In Motion

At the Fluvius site in Parkham, home to OCUP vzw, we are creating space for connection and experimentation. With an open mind, we are building this place together.

Eight design practices (aequo.design, Leto Keunen, Manoeuvre, Wolfgang Tant, Nomie Vandenaweele, LouLou João and Eric Treillard) and Design for Impact students from LUCA School of Arts are joining forces with local residents, fauna and flora.

Together, they investigate the neighbourhood through the lens of their own practices: what is happening here, what is needed, and what is given the space to grow? The result is a series of surprising interventions and ideas. Sometimes small and subtle, sometimes bold and eye-catching, but always shared. A place for, with and by the neighbourhood.
