Introduction to TIG welding - El Laboristo

During this hands-on workshop, you will learn one of the four welding techniques and help build Stadsmakers’ cooperative furniture. You will go through all the preparatory steps needed to join two tubes neatly and securely, set up the TIG welding station correctly and train your motor skills until you have mastered the basic movement. By the end of the afternoon, you will have welded a rock-solid corner joint with your own hands. It will immediately become part of the circular furniture used in the studios, complete with an honorary mention of its makers as proud friends and comrades of the mission.
